Uplift your spirits with this mini-mix of progressive treats that will awaken you for Spring. Put Beatport's Top 10 aside and trust us with this assortment of feel good tunes. Hard-hitting techno beats, soothing vocals, dancefloor killers and melodies you'll get lost in. Enjoy!

Qulinez "Troll"

Labeled BBC Radio 1 Essential New Tune on Pete Tong's show, Swedish duo Qulinez's "Troll" (Size Records) really resonates with a beautifully massive buildup and a special sound in the chorus we can't quite identify. "There's quite a few of these tunes around that kind of sound in the similar genre, but just once in a while one really stands out and this is a bit special," Tong explains. Can't stop playing this one.

Gotye "Somebody I Used To Know" (David Dann Remix)

Angeleno David Dann is on fire with his first full length album dropping soon which we are extremely excited for, not to mention his hailed Mind of A Genius Podcast and a slew of catchy remixes behind him! This remix of the ever-popular "Somebody I Used To Know" is a perfect example of a progressive rework that adds unique elements to really change the track into something that it wasn't before, plus it's available for free download off his SoundCloud!  Isn't that exactly what a remix is supposed to do? Check out this wonderful video featuring tour footage and previews of tracks off his heavily anticipated album.

Cazzette "Killmode vs. Fatboy Slim: Right Here Right Now" (CZT's A Soccer Hurdle Bootleg)

It's a tough task to remix Fatboy Slim, but not for Cazzette, the 2nd lovechild of Avicii's manager Ash Pournouri  and his At Night Management. With incredible chords that characterize the track, Cazzette mix their original "Killmode" with "Right Here Right Now" to create a delectable effect. One of the best mashups in a while! Keep an eye on these guys, as they just finished touring North America supporting Avicii himself.

Trisco "Musak" (Eddie Halliwell Remix)

Discovered this gem while listening to Swedish House Mafia's filling in for Pete Tong a couple Fridays ago on The Essential Mix, and wow does it hit! "Musak" was originally a hit for Trisco in 2001 when the funk was king in progressive sounds. 10 years later Toolroom Records brings the classic back to life with a set of remixes ready to dominate, specifically this bad boy from Eddie Halliwell. Haven't heard a a driving techno inspired beat that I've liked so much in a while, splendid all around.

Ivan Gough & Feenixpawl ft. Georgi Kay "In My Mind" (Axwell Mix)

If you haven't heard this track, you've probably been living in a closet. Axwell's genius put his mark on this amazing gem to push it into the category of top tracks of the year so far. "In my mind, in my head, this is where we all came from. The dreams we have, the love we share, this is what we're waiting for." This is why Ax is king; integrating some of the most brilliant piano riffs that the genre has seen. Be witness.
