Tijs Verwest, more commonly known as super DJ Tiësto, is riding high off of Club Life Volume Two Miamiwhich was released yesterday on his label Musical Freedom. The second installment in Tiësto's exciting Club Life series, Volume Two is inspired by Miami, one of the world's premiere dance music cities and a destination that Tiësto has a strong personal connection to.

I picked Miami because it’s one of my favorite cities in the world. There’s so much to do, the club life there is amazing, it’s a very glamorous city. I play in Miami a couple times a year and that’s where I got my inspiration from on this album. -Tiesto

Club Life Volume Two offers a look into Tiësto's Miami...endless summers, world-class nightlife and beautiful partygoers. “I wanted to create songs that give fans the opportunity to experience the sound of Miami clubs, whether they’ve been there or not,” Tiësto says. With the perfect mix of exclusive original production including huge collaborations with Wolfgang Gartner on "We Own The Night" and Swanky Tunes on "Make Some Noise," and highbrow remixes such as Gotye ft. Kimbra "Somebody I Used To Know" (Tiësto Remix) which currently sits nicely at #1 on Beatport, this album is complete with a little of everything.

"Miami" is the first track off the album, getting you in the mood for what ensues. "Chasing Summers," already a staple in his live sets, is synth-heavy, dreamy and gives us flashbacks to Tijs spreading his wings at Ultra Music Festival's main stage in Tiësto fashion. There is too much to say about "We Own The Night;" Luciana's voice gives me chills and Wolfgang Gartner's signature sound on the track just makes it absolutely epic. There is no question this will be a summer anthem. The layers and the spectrum of sounds on the track are just remarkable. Tiësto's power remixes of Gotye ft. Kimbra "Somebody I Used To Know" and Coldplay's "Paradise" change up the mood, along with his rework of The Naked & Famous' "Young Blood" with Hardwell. “With the remixes on this album, I took a handful of songs I love and created remixes filtered through the Club Life sound," Tiësto explains. "I’m really proud of how they’ve turned out and am excited for people to experience them.”

John Dählback's "Life" and "Make Some Noise" by Tiesto  & Swanky Tunes (featuring Ben McInerney of New Navy) are two standouts. "Life" is just another unbelievable, euphoric production by Dählback, while Tiësto's cut with Swanky Tunes has one of the best vocal lines I've heard recently. The duration of the album is a mix mash of personal favorites from his Musical Freedom label as well as exclusives.
