Watch: Spoofing Daft Punk’s “The Collaborators”—Daft Punk & Andrew the Pizza Guy

Seen this yet? Released today via Funny or Die, Gary Richards—the man behind Hard Events who doubles as DJ Destructo—guest stars in a pretty funny video spoofing Daft Punk’s “The Collaborators” video series. Richards plays a disgruntled pizza place manager who fires his pizza boy after falling for yet another Daft “Punk” by believing he has collaborated with the French duo on the most epic pizza concoction.

Be on the lookout for the upcoming Gary Richards' "Higher" EP on June 10th on Boysnoize Records. The EP features two new, unreleased tracks—“Higher” and “2112,” both co-produced with U-Tern—along with remixes of the title track from French house producer Brodinski and Australian house/electro producer Tommy Trash. He'll also be hitting the road this summer, headline a select number of clubs and venues across the US and Canada. In addition to his solo headlining dates, Destructo will also perform at Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, Electric Daisy Carnival Chicago, Paradiso Festival in Seattle, Kanrocksas inKansas City, Toronto’s Digital Dreams Music Festival and Camp Bisco in New York—as well as several international venues and festivals. And of course Hard Summer.
