Pardon the predictable and cliche Hallow's Eve intro, but this happen's to be only my all time favorite holiday and I just couldn't resist. That being said, I still feel your pain in finding the perfect destination to showcase that superb costume you shelled all those hard earned American dollars out on.

SIXTY SIX. HOLLYWOOD
and really good music.
"Devil's Night, is a name associated with October 30, the night before Halloween. It is related to the "Mischief night" practiced in other parts of the United States and the world."
Well in that case, looks like we will be having a Devil's dance off tonight sinners and saints. This intimate invite only shin dig is happening at an odyssey inspired microclub called Sixty Six. Boasting incredible sound and chic interior Sixty Six will host these masterful DJ's;
LA native Thee Mike B has been involved in underground music since the late 90's and in 2011 was voted "Best Club DJ" by Los Angeles Magazine. As a founding member of the legendary Banana Split party with DJ AM and Steve Aoki, he is often credited with being a driving force behind bringing new electronic music back to the LA club scene. In addition to DJing, his radio show and his own productions, he is part of many projects such as Fifiteenth, POOLS, Camo UFOs and Graveleaf.
Mike has produced, remixed and released records with Stretch Armstrong, Diplo, Sinden, Switch, Jesse Rose, Nate Day, Sammy Bananas, Morse Code, Oliver, Omar Doom, Cosmo Baker, Fashen, DJ AM, Steve Aoki and many more. With records released on Mad Decent, Fool's Gold, Plant Music, Play It Down, Spills, Dim Mak, Young Robots, 119, Top Billin and more.
Rick Rude is from Boston, loves raviolis and dance music. He currently resides in L.A and has releases with Prince Club on Jesse Rose's Play It Down records and DJ's internationally, touring on the regular. He's played everywhere and has a repertoire of venues that is unprecedented for his age. I'd say he is a name to watch but it's obvious this dude is clearly already on the radar.
Jesse Rogg aka Golden Touch is the LA born and Munich raised Grammy nominated producer, songwriter & DJ responsible for such hits as "Black & Gold" by Sam Sparro and countless other musical endeavours.
"Jesse's globally revered productions and DJ sets highlight his trans-continental influence surmounting a reputation for producing credibly unique material for established and up-and-coming talent. As a DJ he has travelled the world (sharing the stage with the likes of Pete Tong, Derrick Carter, Annie Mac, Cassius etc) and has built a reputation for keeping dancefloors packed from LA to Sydney and the space in between.
Early highlights include -amongst many others- the Grammy-nominated hit single "Black & Gold", the Platinum selling debut single by Island/ MVM recording artist‚ Sam Sparro as well as a catalogue of remixes and co-writes with international greats: Banks, Black Box, The Presets, OK Go!, Sky Ferreira, Sonns, Cathy Dennis, Guy Chambers, Paul Epworth, Richard X, Dan Carey, Blake Lewis, Adam Lambert, Mike Posner, Lauren Christy... This ongoing portfolio places him on the map with an international producing, touring, performing, and DJ-ing career commercially acknowledged by the likes of EMI, Universal, Jive, Columbia etc.
At the beginning of 2013 Jesse took over as the new owner of the legendary Mack Sennett Studios in Silverlake, a full service production facility that's set to become the new creative hub for music videos, advertising, film, TV & fashion shoots, events and much more.
Los Angeles resident, DJ & Producer Patrick Dylan is a purveyor of all vibes deep and feel good. With a focus on evoking the visceral feelings of the underground house movement (which in his opinion was never absent), he understands the power of patience, restraint, and playing to the most primal of human senses. His unique and eclectic selections seamlessly transition a wide variety of genres while maintaining a sound and vibe that is inescapably "Proper".
What this 25 year-old understands is the power of patience, restraint & the senses. This self-proclaimed vinylhead first laid his hands on wax & needles at the young age of 12 -- he has not looked back since then. His record selections are an intimate process & when Patrick Dylan drop his sets crowds feel that deep, visceral desire to just close their eyes and move.
Musically he is heavily influenced by the likes of DJ Harvey, Dj Sneak, Nicolas Jaar, Westwood Cassette Library, Daft Punk, Eddie Harris, Seth Troxler, Jamie Jones, Art of Tones & 6th Borough Project (to name a few) however his influences as an artist are not just audible -- he has a deep rooted passion for the visual arts. From the surrealism of Salvador Dali to the runway shows of the Fashion week circuit, Patrick Dylan feels a synchronicity between sound and sight. Over the past few months he has been focusing on musical isolation and has his determination zeroed in on up coming releases."
With a current hot seat on the pulse of L.A nightlife, the present and future is looking pretty damn bright for Patrick Dylan. Shine on son!

ART DEPARTMENT & LAUREN LANE/FRAMEWORK & DARK TONES PRESENT
Forward motion of future sounds-
The physics meets fashion, forward thinking fellas at DARK TONES host a new residency at Sound nightclub. To further solidify this very cool collab they are having everyone's favorite Canadian DJ duo, ART DEPARTMENT play a very special extended set.
Art Department is the brainchild of Canadian techno/house Legend Kenny Glasgow and Canada's fastest rising star and No.19 label owner - Jonny White. As individuals both Kenny and Jonny have released countless critically acclaimed records and are regarded internationally as two of the most forward thinking, relevant underground producers out of North America. Kenny's credentials date back to the late 80's and include productions on Narcotic, Jinxx, his own Method 11/11 label and Turbo. Whilst White's revered No.19 Music label along side a blindingly fast - growing discography have seen him rapidly rise to the forefront of the international scene.
The pair, despite being close friends and stalwarts in the Toronto electronic music scene for years, had not joined forces in the studio until only as recently as 2009, when Damian Lazarus called on them to remix Riz MC for his prestigious Crosstown Rebels Label. The result was an entirely new sound that drew cues from the best of both artists. It was a futuristic and raw, synth-driven, underground masterpiece, the start of a new idea and the birth of Art Department.
With massive support from the rebel crew along with an exciting release schedule including collaborations with Seth Troxler, Jamie Jones and Soul Clap there is no doubt that this will be yet another inspired chapter in the story of these Canadian talents.

With a FUNKTION-ONE sound system, along with some additional visuals by Funkworks! Mauro Mindbend is going off with the props! Mark, Iz & Diz...
Modern day record minstrel, Mark Farina, has thrilled crowds globally, entertaining over 1 million fans per year. As one of the most ubiquitous DJs in Dance Music, Farina's known for both his unique style of mixing Jazz, Downtempo and HouseMusic as well as being the creator of Mushroom Jazz: West Coast jazzy, organic productions combined with East Coast Hip-Hop, Urban beats.
Drawing from his vibrant youth, which included being a trumpet player in marching band, a drummer in a nu wave cover band and a guest DJ, Friday nights on WNUR (Chicago), Mark found his passion for the luscious world of vinyl, turntables and nightclubs. At 16, Farina began his DJ career as a resident at Chicago's underage mecca, Medusa's. At the same time Mark joined forces with emerging DJs Derrick Carter and Chris Nazuka then moved into a loft space called Rednail. Rednail became infamous not only for raucous parties but also as the home to the trio's first productions under the moniker, Symbols & Instruments. Their release,"MOOD," sold 35,000 copies in the US & UK and is credited as "the first ambient house track."
Farina relocated to San Francisco in 1992. Fans embraced Mark's downtempo style and he started co-hosting a weekly Mushroom Jazz club night in ª93. In 3 short years, Farina established a fanatical, cult-like following for his Mushroom Jazz sound and in 1996, OM Records released the first mixed comp CD, simply titled, Mushroom Jazz. Since then, Mark has released 7 volumes of Mushroom Jazz with 2013 marking the 20th anniversary of the series. Other notable releases include OM ºs Seasons, San Francisco Sessions Vol. 1, Connect, House of Om, Live in Tokyo, and Fabric 40.
Iz and Diz
The Iz & Diz story began in 1991 when Dwayne "Diz" Washington and Joshua "Iz" Michaels met at the now infamous Red Nail encampment in Chicago and became instant friends. Building on this affinity, their mutual love of music, and their previously yet separately established nicknames, the duo made their first musical steps together as Iz & Diz in 1993.
As DJs, both Iz and Diz played a huge variety of music ‚ " everything from downtempo to techno", yet they always found a way to weave an organic soulfulness into every set. This influence also translated to their nascent musical productions and continues to this day. If a common theme could be found when listening to the oeuvre of Iz & Diz it would be the seamless blending of organic and electronic elements and the results have been nothing short of phenomenal.
From their first release ‚"Patterins" (Balance Recordings, 1994), recorded at the KMS Studios in Detroit, to the quirky, organic "Mouth" (Classic, 2002), to "Magnificent"(OM, 2006), culminating in their latest release "XXXX" Iz & Diz have never shied away from experimentation yet always stayed true their musical roots. With seminal releases on Silver Network, Seasons, Vizual Records, Tweekin', and OM, the pair have delivered some of the most memorable musical moments of the past two decades.
On the strength of their musical output, along with their well established dj skills, the two have toured all over the world: residencies at Fabric in London, in Chicago and San Francisco, regular stints in Europe, Australia, Asia and all over North America. While both are extraordinary djs in their own right, make no mistake the Iz & Diz show is something else altogether and should not be missed.

Mustafa also held a coveted DJ residency at Amsterdam's Club NL where he would play from 10pm till 3am every Tuesday night to a packed house.
