Josh Herman, the manager of DVBBS and Borgeous and one of the two persons who's signature appears on a supposed image of a leaked ghost production contract, has gone on the record to claim that the contract is a fake.
In a statement to Magnetic Mag earlier today, Herman says "this contract and article circulating is fraudulent including nothing real whatsoever, my signature is forged". He also states the signature of producer Maarten Vorwerk that appears on the contract is faked as well.
YourEDM.com is also reporting that Herman asserts DVBBS and Borgeous have never spoken to Maarten Vorwerk (pictured above).
Vorwerk went on Twitter to reject the authenticity of the contract tweeting "It's a fake contract. Just someones twisted idea of having a laugh!"
After posting the possible leak last night, we were contacted via email by a José Woldring, the owner/CEO of The Media Nanny publicity firm. She called the contract a fraud and stated that "it does not exist". Her email goes on to state "we already have the police looking into it and will find out who photoshop[ed] this contract."
Electrokill.info, the EDM culture blog that first reported on the contract, could not be reached to verify the authenticity of the documents.
