Hello Everyone! The Electroclassic here, and yes, I went to #EDCMX. Yes, it was the most amazing electronic music festival… EVER in Mexico.

Two days filled of beer, music, tacos and chips all over the place, with over 80k people in the largest venue possible in Mexico City. Moti, Excision, Arty, MCD & Castaneda, Photographer, Tiësto, David Guetta, Jack Ü, Dillon Francis and many more performed.

I went to the second day only, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I talked to some other people, and they told me that this year was more impressive than last.  2015 brought in the kineticCATHEDRAL, a structure that, until EDC Mexico 2015, was only present at EDC Las Vegas.

Standing 90 feet tall and 240 feet wide, the cathedral is the largest stage Insomniac ever built for EDC Mexico, and the first time the stage had been built outside of the United States.

There were a lot of creativity in the crowd. I saw totems that you'd only understand if you knew everything about Mexican memes. It was like heaven... with tacos, free water and electronic music.

We heard big room, progressive house, House, dubstep and trance, we saw the most incredible fireworks display. Everything was what a raver could expect, the best music, the best art installations, the best food, and the best crowd. I am pretty sure that this experience will not the be same next year... it will be even better.
