Music Being Used as a Tool to Raise Funds and Create Awareness for Refugees in Berlin

With a lineup consisting of Objekt, Palms Trax, Fred P, Arnaldo, Mia Dora and a whole lot more, Refuge, an event to raise money for Berlin based refugees, accomplished what they set out to do by raising €7,300. They also collected clothing and toiletries donations that will be given to various shelters in the city.

Earlier last month Techno for Humanity held an event with Adam Beyer, Ida Engberg, Davide Squillace, Heidi and Butch among others, that had a similar goal in mind, to create awareness and raise funds for the people of Syria.

Not to sound like a massive hippie, but music has always been a universal communicator. When used for a good cause it makes the world a petter place for everyone. It's been done for many years and we hope to see more events like this in the near future.
