"Karma" Justin Jay & Friends feat. Josh Taylor & Benny Bridges"

Oh boy, I have been waiting to write up a song by this collaboration for months. Justin Jay is flapping his feathers and heading in a sultry sounding direction and I love it with every flap. This time he's landed with Black Butter Records and taking all his friends. It's worth a listen and a re-listen and then repeat, repeat, repeat...

"Cruise Control" Matthew Bauer, The Brvtalist

Are you ready for some hard pounding synthwork a la Kavinsky? The comparison is well deserved and uncanny, but also Matthew Bauer takes this aesthetic in a beautifully different direction. Stay tuned to this dark, masterful character...

"Good Vibrations (Ardency Remix)" The Beach Boys

Whoa there, Ardency. You boys really have some balls on you two. You have the audacity to take on the Beach Boys... Yet, you absolutely DELIVER! Bravo and keep doing you honey boo boo!

"Don't Break My Heart" Tiga, Counter Records

The master is back at it again with a track that's as truer to his form than ever before. Tiga is the best the world over. This is an aural journey and I can't quite put my finger on what makes its magic. I declare my bias, he's every ounce a legend. Don't break his heart, listen to this song and listen again times infinity.

"Withdrawals" Crookers feat. WILLS, Defected Records

Crookers takes this song in a Disclosure direction, and I ain't mad. No, I'm absolutely excited! It has still got that Crookers eclectic and zany about it, but it's got those sultry, sexy UK garage and deep house boops that are all the rage.

"Ringtone (Joe Goddard Remix)" YACHT

Joe Goddard of Hot Chip remixes YACHT. If you know good music, you know I don't need to write more than that. If you need anything else though, here's Joe Goddard on the topic of this remix: ""I love YACHT; I think their music and their live performances are mesmerising, and they are just plain good people. For this release, I wanted to make an old-fashioned Chicago banger as if the Eurythmics were remixed by DJ Pierre."

"Everybody Knows" Fono feat. Anna Straker

Everybody feels, and if they don't, well then run the opposite way cause that's either a sociopath or a psychopath... Listen to this little ditty and you will pick up what I am putting down.

"The Night Is Young (Patric Baumel Dark Upon Us Rework)" The 2 Bears, Southern Fried Records

Are you into the trippy and melancholy? If you answered yes, then here is a powerful remix that is going to take you into the exact desired direction you said yes to. No more needs to be said, just listen and love.

"Majesty" The Flavr Blue, Flavr Records

You need some sex all up in your ears? You all about that future r'n'b? Well, The Flavr Blue is about to come through in a big way, so you best be ready to netflix and chill with these cats, or what is your deal? FOR REAL?

"Now I'm Alive" O Mer

Here is a tune that will even make James Blake take a step back and say, "Whoa." Yeah, those were bold words, but O Mer has the prowess to back that boldness up!

And feast your ears on the full playlist:
