Only the dopest Hip Hop from the week of 12/11/2015

As 2015 comes to an end, I am busy getting my top 10 hip hop tracks of the year chart ready for next week but that doesn't mean there isn't still some solid gold to share with you for this second week of December.

First off the best Hip Hop track I heard this week was not on Soundcloud. So while I will still give you 10 solid tracks in our Soundcloud playlist, I think it's very important for you all to recognize that Pusha T's new project "Darkest Before Dawn is just pure fire and everything he gives us before it's official release deserves your attention (You can listen to Crutches, Crosses, Caskets produced by diddy here).

Now as far as the rest of this week's selections are concerned, we have a solid mix of styles for you to dig into including music from Dreamville Records stand out Bas, Tre Capitol, A$AP Ferg, Rockie Fresh, Consequence and some other very heavy hitters. The big playlist of the year drops next week so stay tuned!

Bas - "Golden Goals"
Bas is primed to have a big year in 2016. His new video for his track"Housewives" just dropped this week as well and you can peep it here.

J. Cole - "Revenge Of The Dreamers"
The Dreamville general does his thing on "Revenge of The Dreamers". You just can't deny his flow.

Rockie Fresh – "Too Long"
Rockie Fresh has been one of my favorite rappers for a long time. He is as authentic as it gets and it shows in every track. "Too Long" is too dope.

El Da Sensei - "Top Down"
I just have to show some love to that real hip hop sound. Shout out to Original P on the beat.

A$AP Ferg — "TATTED ANGEL"
Another solid offering from A$AP Ferg on "Tatted Angel". On this one he digs deep into some of his current life issues and paints a picture of some of life's struggles.

Meyhem Lauren ft. Action Bronson, Roc Marciano & Big Body Bes - "Bonus Round" (Prod. By Harry Fraud)
The hook of the week goes to Meyhem Lauren's "Bonus Round" featuring Roc, Big, and Action.

GOVALES — "All In" (Prod. Kaytranada)
You know I have to show some love to my R&B fam. Kaytranada killed this beat and GOVALES did his thing for sure. Play this one for your girl.

Consequence — "That Dude" featuring Caiden
I'm a sucker for when rappers put their kids on the track. Also every time I hear Consequence I think about how much I miss all the dope stuff that Kanye West used to put out. At least somebody is still repping this sound proper.

The Weekend - "Tell Your Friends" (Ghostface Killah Remix)
I mean I'm down with The Weekend for sure but I'll take a couple of verses from Ghost over most things any day. Serious improvement to the original here.

Tre Capital — "Comeback Of The Century" [Prod. Jgramm Beats]
I've been following Tre for a while and it's great to hear him progress on each new track he drops. He will be one to watch in 2016 for sure.

BONUS: Pusha T - "M.F.T.R." feat. The-Dream

Did I mention you can pre order "Darkest Before Dawn" right here? You would think GOOD Music was paying me but these tracks are just that good.
