"We worked on it while waiting for a cab at the airport. The rest of the details are blurry..."

Tiga has released the newest track from his forthcoming album, No Fantasy Required, which will conclude his trilogy series of albums.

'Planet E', a collaboration with Hudson Mohawke, possesses the distinct hypnotic motif found in much of Tiga's previous work. A whirling atmospheric rhythm coupled with a deep seductive voice and subtle bells and whistles give it that classic Tiga feel. His description of the brief encounter working with Hudson Mohawke sheds light on the direction he wanted to take the new track.

“This was a collaboration with Hudson Mohawke, another kindred spirit I identified and subsequently befriended. We worked on it while waiting for a cab at the airport. The rest of the details are blurry; all I have in my notebook on Hudson for that day is 'Young, hip-hop – really good friends.' These kind of limitations are intentional; alone you can deliberate forever. But when you have to make someone else happy, all the personal anxieties go out the airport window and onto some baggage loader. Let him worry about staying current in an ever-evolving dance music landscape.”

We've already heard a few other tracks from the new album including 'Bugatti', 'Plush' and 'Don't Break My Heart'. You can listen to the new addition below.
