It's been nearly 6 years since a dance music event was held on LA city property, but Insomniac & Kaskade are coming back stronger than ever.

It took some self-control for Kaskade to keep this one a secret, but he finally unveiled details for his new live show due to take place in Los Angeles.

"Felt like I was going to explode trying to keep a lid on this show but FINALLY can talk about it!"

On May 7th Kaskade will take over the Los Angeles Convention Center, the venue that hosts events like E3 and the L.A. Auto Show in it's massive 720,000 square foot space with 23,000 capacity. This will also be a momentous occasion for Insomniac & its partner Exchange LA as they haven't held a proper dance music event on LA city property since 2010's Electric Daisy Carnival.

LA Weekly reports, “The Electric Daisy Carnival controversy in 2010 and 2011 inspired then-city Councilwoman Janice Hahn to propose banning raves at the Convention Center,” but that plan “fizzled out.” With that being said, Insomniac still couldn't lock in an event, until now.

It's safe to say that this will be one of the most talked about events in 2016 and could be the biggest performance in Kaskade's career. Don't miss out! Visit Kaskade’s website to score your pre-sales on Wednesday, February 24.
