Once again, Soundclouds customer service disappoints, Deadmau5 chimes in

Yesterday, popular DJ/producer Ookay took to Twitter to vent his frustration over having his Soundcloud removed for his third copyright strike. The final nail in the coffin was his bootleg of the White Stripes' 'Seven Nation Army'.

This comes right after Deadmau5's Soundcloud was hacked and has been in talks with customer service to resolve the issues to no success. Deadmau5 has also publicly shared his frustations with the streaming service and their inability to quickly get anything resolved, and now it seems to be Ookay's turn.

Soundcloud has been the subject of many conversations regarding whether it will be a sinking ship or not, but if they don't improve their customer service the company will surely go down eventually. You can follow Ookay's conversation and arguments with the company below.

He refers to his recent hit song 'Thief', which features himself on the vocals.

Deadmau5 even chimed in.
