Last month was an exciting time for Grime with standout tracks from Novelist, Blitts, Jammz, Avelino and Flowdan

Summer is pretty much in full swing and to add to the excitement June offered up some tasty Grime cuts to complement the rays.

So what has come up trumps last month?

Here’s the low down...

Novelist - 'Snitches' [TuggSet Vol.1]

New one from Novelist, produced by the man himself, is a little bit of an earworm.

Double S - 'Style & Flows' (Feat. JME)

It’s been eight years since his debut EP, now Double S is back with JME in tow for ‘Style & Flows’. This is one catchy track we can't get enough of.

Hardy Caprio - 'Biggie n Mase'

The guy who always creeps into the Grime chart - Croydon’s Hardy Caprio is back with a track produced by none other than Sir Spyro. How can it not bang?

Blittz - 'All Ova Deh Suh'

The East London MC, known for his partnering with Big Tobz, goes solo on this one. Mazza lays down the productions for Blittz to show everyone what’s what.

Darkness ft. All-Star Lineup - 'Arrogant Stance'

When they say all-star lineup they aren't lying. With a hefty 11 MCs on this track, from AJ Tracey to Darkos, Darkness lays down a beat for each to prove their skills in just eight bars.

Newham Generals - 'Locked In'

The old school generals are back again with new tip ‘Locked In’. Produced by Sticky, expect that shinobi riddim to fire up any house party!

Jammz - '10 Missed Calls'

Woiiii know as soon as you bring Dread D on a track it is going to be straight crazy! On this tip he provides the beat for Jammz' fast and ferocious bars.

Flowdan - 'Horror Show Style'

Flowdan's vibe and flow are just so different to anybody else. Part of grime crew Roll Deep, he really brings something different to a beat.

Avelino - 'All The Way Up (Freestyle)'

Since his joint LP with Wretch 32, Avelino’s been going from strength to strength. This freestyle proves that he ain’t gonna let up anytime soon either.

Capo Lee ft Double D - 'Mud'

Everyting Mud. Capo Lee has definitely secured my number one grime track this month - catchy bars, an epic instrumental and D Double E.
