New music from Hex Cougar, Oshi, Stwo, Machinedrum and more

The future bass gods have been kind to us this week. We have new music from Hex Cougar, Oshi, Machinedrum, and Stwo just to name a few. These tracks should help you jump right into your weekend festivities.

HEX COUGAR & JARELL PERRY - 'WAR & PEACE'

Hex Cougar's first full on collaboration with a vocalist addresses the current global themes of violence and the misunderstanding of ideologies. A stunning track with a meaningful and relevant theme.

ILLSTRTD FEAT. MACK MOSES - 'PICTURES DON'T FADE' (DUGONG JR. REMIX)

Dugong Jr.'s latest remix is perfect for summertime festivities.

X&G FEAT. JOSH PAN - 'WHIPLASH' (UM.. REMIX)

Um..'s latest remix is a brutal unrelenting sonic barrage of heavyness. As always, they continue to explore the use of unconventional and experimental samples and sounds.

POINT POINT- 'A PIECE OF SUN'

The Point Point crew return with another genre defying tune. This time they've fused huge future bass synths with a uk garage/house style beat.

DROELOE & VINZERE - 'NOTHING WRONG'

San Holo's bitbird label releases their latest offering, a bright yet dramatic collaboration between DROELOE and Vinzere.

ROY WOOD$ - 'JEALOUSY' (STWO REMIX)

Stwo gives Roy Wood$ his signature syrupy smooth remix treatment.

MACHINEDRUM FEAT. MELO-X - 'ANGEL SPEAK'

Machinedrum once again demonstrates why he's one of electronic music's most versatile producers. This track departs from his usual dark footwork/IDM stylings, in favor of a more light, uplifting vibe.

SORSARI - 'DYNE'

Sorsari is the latest offering from Plastician's Terrorhythm records. It's the perfect embodiment of the "Wave Pool" genre, a term Plastician coined to describe this new style of dark/ambient production.

MR. CARMACK - 'BIG DRUMCARMACKHOUSEFIRST1'

As you may have heard, Mr. Carmack released a ton of new songs on his Soundcloud last night. This strange new remix of "Move That Dope" was one of my favorites. Light and bouncy Soulection style house.

OSHI - 'DAHLIA'

Like Carmack, Oshi also loves to drop new songs on Soundcloud without any promotion or warning. This most recent one is half 80's music/half chill trap with that harmonic minor scale giving it a middle eastern feel.
