If there's one artist whose every move sends ripples through the electronic music blogosphere, it's deadmau5. Between two album releases and a live set alongside Eric Prydz the progressive house mastermind has a lot on his plate, but he managed fit a song debut into his busy schedule.

Earlier in the year, deadmau5 made headlines with just about every work in progress he uploaded to his SoundCloud account. Now that he's holding out for the album release fans are chomping at the bit, so it didn't take long for somebody to upload an ID he premiere during a studio session live stream.

The as-yet-untitled track is deadmau5 at his deadmau5iest. An understated arpeggio slowly builds to a euphoric crescendo that sustains for several measures, and the bass kicks don't arrive until the better part of the arrangement has passed.

The ID will likely come out on deadmau5' upcoming studio-length album, for which no title, release date or track list is available as of this writing.
