The French future house pioneer releases his first single since the After Life EP

If you've found yourself strangely Tchami deprived over the course of the 2016 festival season, your prayers have been answered. The Confession label head and suspected one half of G house project Malaa has dropped a bass house bomb titled "SIAW."

Drawing upon nostalgic influences, "SIAW" is built around the unmistakeable vocal from Blondie's 1981 single, "Rapture." frequency-modulated bass wobbles give it the rumbling swagger necessary to hold the attention span of a millennial, however, without betraying the speed garage sensibility inherent in Tchami's greater discography.

"SIAW" marks Tchami's first release since the After Life EP, which he put out through his own imprint late last year. Being that Malaa has put out a four-track EP not too long ago - and the anonymous outfit is all but proven to be Tchami and DJ Snake's side project - that's certainly not to say that he's been a slouch in the studio.

Other recent Confession releases include ANGELZ' Saint Thug EP, which came out earlier in the month.
