Hip-hop and R&B fans have a lot to be happy about right now. Over the last week we have just been spoiled with some of the best releases of the year, including masterpieces from Tory Lanez and Frank Ocean. What's even better is 2016 still has some heat on the way with projects from Mac Miller and Isaiah Rashad coming in the next couple weeks.

On the chart this week you will also find offerings from Young Thug, Travis Scott, Jeremih, 21 Savage and Raury - and our favorite OC MC Yung Pinch just dropped a new mixtape which you should check out ASAP.

"Come Back To Me" - Tory Lanez (Interscope)

Another winner from Tory Lanez, and a bonus track on his album. If you haven't checked out "I Told You" (Which dropped over the weekend) then get over to Spotify right now and stream it before you do anything else today.

 "Nikes" - Frank Ocean
Blond is finally here, and "Nikes" is just one of the many standout tracks on Frank Ocean's new album that you need to spend some time with. I personally thought Blond was a great follow up for Frank, and I hope that the fans and the critics take the album for what it is instead of trying to compare it to Channel Orange. We are blessed to have a singer like Frank making music in this universe right now and we should appreciate all of his art.

"Pass Dat (Remix)" - Jeremih f. Chance The Rapper, Young Thug & The Weeknd. Just straight fire from everybody involved. We are really feeling this remix!

Mac Miller - "We" f. Cee-Lo Green (REMember Music)

You can really feel Mac's maturity as an artist on this one. The Divine Femine drops September 16th.

"Black Mass" - Travi$ Scott (Epic Records)

I hate posting radio rips just as much as I hate posting incomplete tracks, but damn this shit is hot! This is going to be a very big song once we get the CDQ, that's for sure.

 "Soda" - 21 Savage

From one of the realest rappers on the way up right now, 21 Savage continues to drop cold bangers that I personally can't get enough of. I don't know how cool I'll look bumping this in my Subaru but it's going to happen nonetheless.

 "Like A Star" - Raury

Raury continues to hold our attention with every new track he releases. "Like A Star" is a jazzy little number that will help you get through your Monday without a doubt.

Fetty Wap - "Different Now" (Atlantic Records)
From "Trap Queen" to feeling "Different Now," It looks like Fetty is growing up! But will his fans dig his more mature style? I guess we will find out.

"Play My Song" (Prod. TrevCase) - Yung Pinch

After a successful performance at the inaugural Day N Night Festival last week, Yung Pinch has now dropped a 16-track mixtapen titled #714EVER. I have personally watched this kid develop into a true hip-hop artist, and I can honestly say that as long as he keeps making music like this, his future should be pretty damn bright. It's about time Orange County had a new rapper to call their own, and I think Pinch can be that dude. I guess we will find out!

"Elton" - Young Thug Aka Jeffery ft. Wyclef Jean (1017 Records)
I wasn't expecting this collab to really work - but you know what? It actually does! I don't know if I'm supposed to call him Young Thug or Jeffery but either way this track is worth a few spins for sure.
