Cashmere Cat's early track releases from his upcoming album, Wild Love, are beginning to follow a delivery pattern - but hopefully this next track itself won't dig itself into the same hole as the last. It's been a month since the Norwegian DJ/producer released his collaboration with The Weeknd, "Wild Love," and now he's announced that he will release the second single from the effort of the same name on Friday.

To stoke his fans' anticipation for the single, Cashmere Cat tweeted the following:

Normally we wouldn't call Cashy's originality into question, but we've already pointed out the similarities between "Wild Love" and Imogen Heap's 2005 hit, "Hide And Seek." Apparently we weren't the only ones who felt that way, either, as a reader left the following comment under that article:

Until Disqus installs those blue checkboxes that Twitter uses to denote verified accounts, it's hard to say for certain whether the commenter was indeed Imogen Heap. Either way, in three days' time we'll find out whether Cashmere Cat will redeem himself with the second single from Wild Love.
