Steve Aoki's team can't be thrilled about his name being tied to yet another case involving gross negligence, but in this case he wasn't at fault. In regards to a 2012 concert that was headlined by the DJ/producer, Spanish promoter Miguel Ángel Flores has been sentenced to four years in prison.

Tragedy had struck at Thriller Music Park - which took place at Madrid Arena - when five female attendees had been trampled and killed during a crowd rush. According to Spanish newspaper El Mundo, Madrid court has now found Flores guilty of gross negligence, manslaughter and 29 counts of criminal injury as the result of an investigation of the incident, finding that the event had been oversold by 6,000 tickets.

Flores is the only defendant in the case who faces the maximum penalty. The seven others include medical professionals, security staff and Madrid's former chief of police.
