If you don't already know what balut is, watching this is probably the most entertaining way for you to learn

L.A.-based dubstep producer Getter is good for two things: Top-tier brostep and viral content. Unless you have severely misguided notions about what constitutes brostep, then you probably already know going in that the above video falls into the latter category.

NYC-based production house 88rising - who have also worked with the likes of Valentino Khan, Anderson .Paak and Goldlink  - premiered the featurette on their YouTube channel. It follows Getter, L.A. rapper Dumbfoundead, and the founder of L.A. eatery Seoul Sausage on a trip to another L.A. establishment called Bahay Kubo Restaurant to sample a Filipino delicacy called Balut.

Balut, of course, is boiled duck embryo that's traditionally eaten directly out of the egg shell, and is just developed enough to have distinct body parts and feathers. It's cool, though, they give them a salt shaker before making them try it.

Awww!

The resulting footage is rife with just the sort of banter you would expect from such a talent pairing, and more information than you probably needed to know about Getter's sex life. Oh yeah, Dumbfoundead also raps about their whole experience at the end of the video.

The video was likely filmed last month or before, as Getter is now well into his Wat The Frick tour - which will not take him to L.A. until mid-October. If his social media channels are any indicator, however, being on the road won't keep him from putting out highly entertaining material, be it music or otherwise.
