The worlds of two bass music titans collide in this superb production

The bass music community has been waiting with baited breath for the arrival of Zeds Dead and NGHTMRE's collaboration, and at long last it has arrived. The former act had tested out "Frontlines" featuring GG Magree on audiences at this year's edition of Spring Awakenings, and a whole three months later they've finally dropped the track.

Magree's vocals soar over the organic-sounding synth work that comprises each buildup of "Frontlines." A crisp drop then ignites the progression into a euphoric crescendo of melody punctuated with vocal chops that are executed more tastefully than they are in most mainstream EDM productions.

"Frontlines" us likely one of the singles that Zeds Dead will release early from their upcoming album, Northern Lights. Last we heard, the album was due out sometime this month, so keep your eyes peeled for more music from the Toronto duo over the next couple of weeks.
