Here’s another monthly run down of the music that will be destroying dance floors worldwide over the coming weeks.

1. Cristoph

First up is an outstanding full-length artist album from UK fresh face Cristoph (DFTD, ViVA Music, Truesoul etc.). "8 Track" is released on October 21st on Knee Deep In Sound, home to releases from the likes of Nick Curly, Andrea Oliva, and Booka Shade. The album features eight original tracks from Cristoph, ranging from subtle deep house to big room tech house and techno, as well as a continuous mix from Cristoph himself and a storming remix of "Closer" from Knee Deep In Sound label boss Hot Since 82.

2. Soul Clap

One of the biggest releases this month is the new album from dynamic duo Soul Clap. Soul Clap drops on October 14th on Crew Love Records and is packed full of instant dance floor winners, each track produced for maximum funkiness. Ranging from soulful and deep house to funk and nu disco, this is a high-quality collection of original tracks, featuring a wealth of guest musicians and artists. We are also very happy to have Soul Clap guesting on Traxsource LIVE! on Friday, October 21st.

3. Vince Watson

Next up is Vince Watson (Ovum, Poker Flat, Planet E), longtime DJ, producer, live artist and label boss, with an exciting compilation project. VW20: Introspection is a collection of six EPs drawing on his extensive back catalogue that have been rebuilt, remastered and often completely reworked. The whole project also features exclusive, never-before-heard, beatless versions of the tracks, too, and if that’s not enough quality techno for you, Vince is also dropping a killer release on Cocoon this month. "Speaker Freaker," backed with "L’Obscure Objet du Desair" from Cocoon’s own Frank Lobber, is coming out on October 17th.

4. Voyeur

So many great album releases this month, and here’s another one. Kerri Chandler’s label, Kaoz Theory, are releasing the new album from Benson Herbert and Leo Picking, who are better known as Voyeur. Ten tracks, featuring two expertly produced downtempo tunes and eight impeccable house tunes of the high quality you would expect from Kaoz. Serious dance floor fodder.

5. Boddhi Satva

5 Boddhi Satva.jpg

Boddhi Satva is an artist with a long and distinguished history in club music. This month sees two top quality releases from him: first is the remixes of his massive collaboration with E-man ‘Sweet Brown Sugar’ on October 7th. On rerub duty are Floyd Lavine and Eltonick who turn in a mixture of tech house and Afro-flavored mixes. Then, on the 14th, Boddhi’s "Zid Lmel" is featured on Offering Recordings Amsterdam Dance Event sampler, a firing collection of percussion-laden Afro-house grooves.

6. Ninetoes

DJ and Producer Ninetoes makes his long-awaited return to Play it Down on October 14th with his Doo Doo / Diana EP. The wait has been worth it as both tracks are characteristically supa-funky and well put together, and we are expecting plenty of DJ traction on this release.

7. Project Pablo

7 Project Pablo.jpg

Montreal-based DJ and musician Project Pablo is releasing his new EP dropping on the ever-reliable Clone Royal Oak this month, on the October 17th. Featuring four original tracks and a highly innovative approach to the deep house template, we think this might do really well.

8. Demuir

8 Demuir.jpg

Rising Star Demuir (awarded Traxsource's #1 Jacking House Producer 2015) is used to his tunes being played and supported by the likes of Derrick Carter, Kenny Dope, Darius Syrossian and Mark Farina. He’s probably going to find the same thing happening again when his great new album, TruSchool, drops on DJ Sneak’s Magnetic label. Released on the October 7th, TruSchool is a collection of 14 House tracks - all killer, no filler - which showcase Demuir’s ever-growing studio talents to great effect.

9. South Royston

9 South Royston.jpg

Producer South Royston has been on a roll lately, with recent successful releases on Love & Other, Champion Records, Armada Deep, Four40 Records, and Toolroom. Keeping up the pressure, he’s releasing a new EP on the excellent Sense Traxx imprint. The rather fine Work It EP consists of four tracks of high-tech house and features a pair of firing remixes from the Di Chiara Brothers and Simon Shaw.

10. Snacks

10 Snacks Traxsource

Highly original producer duo Snacks (New Zealand's Rene Corbett and Germany's Aljoscha Babel) follow up their recent big releases on Boogie Angst and Magic Jam with the frankly brilliant Burnin EP on House of Disco Records. Featuring remixes from Dutch duos Soultage and Fouk (Razor-N-Tape and Heist), the EP features five tracks that fall nicely between house and disco, and are guaranteed to tear up the dance floor.

You can find all these tracks at Traxsource.com.
