1. "THE LOFT (EMANUEL SATIE REMIX)" - RIVA STARR FT. DAJAE [CAJUAL RECORDS]

One of my favorite house cuts of 2015 earns itself a massive remix from Emanuel Satie on the second edition of Riva Starr's Definition Of Sound LP remix package.

2. "ELYSIAN" - SAAND [MOTEK MUSIC]

Michael Sandler, better known to most as SAAND, makes his return to Motek Music with an ethereal, desert-worthy jam that deservedly leads off Motek's newest compilation series, Motek Journeys: USA.

3. "B-BEAT" - ANDREW BEAT [NATURAL RHYTHM RECORDS]

Long before G house was the word of the day, there was another hip-hop-inspired house subgenre aptly named hip-house. Italian producer Andrew Beat has done a fine job of crafting his own modern hip-house jam which borrows heavily from Big Daddy Kane's 1987 classic, "RAW."

4. "SLIDE (MONTEL REMIX)" - CITIZENN [ABODE RECORDS]

Montel's ultra-massive, floor-filling remix of Citizenn's "Slide" is guaranteed to catch some post-summer heat on a dance floor near you.

5. "LANDOR" - STRICKLAND [VIVA LIMITED]

VIVa MUSiC label boss Steve Lawler's secret weapon over the summer turned out to be this huge one that London-based producer Strickland calls "Landor."

6. "ANDRANIK (GORGE & HOMM REMIX)" - DARIUS SYROSSIAN [8BIT RECORDS]

Do Not Sleep resident Darius Syrossian makes a long-overdue debut on Nick Curly's 8Bit imprint, and featured on the EP is an ultra-smooth rerub from a collaboration between tech house mainstays Gorge and Markus Homm.

7. "I JUST WANNA" - MALL GRAB [HOT HAUS RECORDS]

Australian producer Mall Grab returns to Hot Haus Records with a jacking three-tracker that features this stomping, 909-heavy disco title track, "I Just Wanna."

8. "SOMETHING BALEARIC" - DOORLY & HAUSWERKS [WOW! RECORDINGS]

Just a little over one year ago, Martin Doorly and his UK counterpart, Hauswerks, teamed up on Hot Creations for the first edition of their Wrong Turn EP. For the second in their Wrong Turn series, they've signed three tracks onto Wow! Recordings, including this horn-heavy tune as featured here in this week's top house tracks.

9. "IN TIME" - JOSH BUTLER & MARSHALL JEFFERSON [ORIGINS RCRDS]

Tech house heavyweight Josh Butler launches his own label, Origins Rcrds, and kicks it off with a three-part series titled House Of Heroes. The first in the series is the single featured here, "In Time," which he co-produced with house music pioneer Marshall Jefferson.

10. "THE FIRST TIME FREE (CLAPTONE REMIX)" - ULTRA NATE VS ROLAND CLARK [DEFECTED]

The mashup may be a trend of of the past, but the average house head simply cannot look past two of the genre's most timeless tunes brought perfectly together by the man in the mask, Claptone.
