This is the third chapter of Toolroom TV. This episode takes a tour of the infamous white isle for a Toolroom TV Ibiza special with David Guetta, Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold and more. The International Music Summit opens things up with Wally Lopez talking about being part of the Toolroom family, the evolution of Ibizan clubbing and the benefits of daytime vs. nightlife, plus the legendary Paul Oakenfold offers invaluable advice about the spiritual ethos of the island.
From there David Guetta talks about his underground sounds project Jackback Records, big room tunes vs. dark beats at F*ck Me I’m Famous Pacha, his residency at Ushuaia, and meets Nile Rodgers for the first time on camera. If you've not heard of Nile Rodgers as of yet, when the two Daft ones drop their new album you'll be hearing a lot more.
Next up is a brief break from Ibiza to Ministry Of Sound London as they go behind the scenes at movie premiere Ecstasy and catch up with director Rob Heydon, lead role Adam Sinclair and even Felix of Basement Jaxx fame.
Watch it for yourself, it's friday, take 30-minutes and stop working now. It's a pretty jam-packed episode with a stellar soundtrack.
