Calling all bassheads… Caspa, the undisputed originator of dubstep (a far cry from the “bro” variety), is coming to America. Tomorrow marks the first date on his Dubtep Sessions 2012 (there's compilation of the same name, which you can cop here) jaunt around the US. Boston is the first stop on the tour and a big show at Webster Hall in New York will surely close things out with a bang. Get ready for some EDM culture merrymaking.
BTW, if you missed our interview with Caspa a while back you can have a read here. We caught up with the man over some Red Stripes and Champagne (a staple at any Caspa gig). At the time of the interview, Caspa seemed a bit homesick—a self-proclaimed “London-boy at heart,” he was holed up in LA, like many other European DJs and producers, striking while the iron is hot and dipping out on weekends to make some clubs shake and some heads bang. A lot like he’s about to do again on this tour. Get your tickets here.
