My Shadowscene Life: Psychic Teens and Trick R' Treat—Some Parts Of Halloween Never Die

I think I can finally say Halloween is over—even for those who had to postpone it because of the treacherous weather. I somehow was celebrating Halloween for over two weeks, and even now, I'm still wearing my leopard print jacket that was at one point simply for my costume. Yeah, that bad boy is going to become a winter staple. I guess some parts of Halloween never die. But for the most part, the squirrels have eaten all the smashed pumpkins and most of the bunny ears, skeletons and cat masks have been put in the closet until next year. Two highlights of last week's haunts was seeing the Dead Milkmen perform with the Psychic Teens, a show hosted by a zombie ventriloquist and the sold out In Between Days where I had the fun of hosting the costume contest. And tonight…back to more dance party fever with the legendary party man himself, Andrew W.K.
