Producers Baauer and R.L. Grime are teaming up for one of the most raucous events this summer as they play back to back sets on the Infinite Daps Tour. Baauer, also known as Harry Rodriguez, was instrumental in hip-hop production crossing over into dance music this year with his #1 Billboard hit "Harlem Shake". His remixes of UK duo Disclosure, No Doubt and Flosstradamus have also proved him a deft producer across the entire spectrum of electronic music.
R.L. Grime aka Henry Steinway has made quite an impact of his own, after releasing his infamous remix of Kanye West's "Mercy", which was the #1 track on Soundcloud for seven days and received airplay from LA's Power 106 and Hot 97. He's continued the streak with relentless touring and even taking on controversial Chicago rapper Chief Keef's street anthem "Love Sosa" for an official remix.
The tour starts on July 8 with their performance at The Ottawa Blues Fest, and continues through the American Northeast and Midwest before wrapping in Omaha on July 20th. The guys are also bringing acclaimed producers Ryan Hemsworth and Jim-E Stack along for the ride, ensuring that infinite daps will indeed be exchanged.
