Hello, September! With school back in session, and weekday shenanigans dwindling down rapidly, San Diego is ready to live to the fullest when the weekend finally rolls around. It's time to put your books down, step away from the TV, get off the computer (we know all you're watching is Miley get down with that wrecking ball anyways...) put some shades on, and get wild for the weekend! Here is what's going down this weekend in Sunny San Diego...

Digitalism, a German EDM duo out of Hamburg takes to the decks this Thursday night at Voyeur. Jence Moelle + Ismail Tuefekci joined forces in 2004 and formed what is one of the funkiest groups in EDM Culture today. Their sound focuses on Electro-House, Electronic Rock, Dance-Punk and Inditronica. Digitalism has impacted multiple venues worldwide, including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Rhythm & Vines, and Ultra Music Festival.

What do you get when you put multiple outrageous artists together, a vacant parking lot, some booze, tons of sunshine and unlimited volume control? Well, a lot of twerking... and A Mad Decent Block Party. Mad Decent has thrown some of their most revered talent together and provided them with an empty space to go wild in. San Diego serves as the final block party, and we couldn't be more thrilled to host the extravaganza. LED will host the event at Petco Ballpark's East Parking Lot, housing the talents of Major Lazer, Dillon Francis, Zeds Dead, Jack U, Big Gigantic, The Party Squad, Samo Sound Boy, Sasha Go Hard, DJ El Dusty, and Smalltown DJ's. If that's not enough for the die hard party animals, head LED's Official Mad Decent Afterparty at Voyeur. Oh! And one last thing... You guessed it, a special guest performance. We won't tell who, get there and see it for yourself!
