Korg Partners With Little Bits To Make Fun Sized DIY Synths - EDM News

Korg has just announced their newest line of synthesizers the LittleBits Synth Kit. They partnered with DIY company LittleBits to create different sized kits which include everything you need to assemble your own synth in a lego-like manner.

Here's what Beatport had to say:

Set to be available to purchase the first week of December, the kits will include 12 modules (power, two oscillators, filter, envelope, delay, keyboard, micro sequencer, mix, split, random, and synth speaker) which can “instantly snap together with magnets to create circuits like those used in Korg’s famous analog synthesizers.” Also included with the kit will be a project booklet that offers step-by-step instructions to build specific synth projects with all the littleBits components. The synth kits will be available to purchase directly from littleBits’ online store next month, with a price tag of around $149. A brief video (starring Reggie Watts) showing the kits in action can be watched below and more info can be found here.
