Is there a better way to kick off the New Year than by cruising around the Bahamas on a luxury ship, partying with friends and watching your favorite DJ's spin big tunes and brand new music for 72 hours straight? We don't think so. The third annual Holy Ship!!! took place over the weekend aboard the MSC Divina and set sail from Miami to two private islands. Over 50 artists performed, including A-listers like Diplo, Duck Sauce, Disclosure, Skrillex, Zedd, Boys Noize, Pharrell Williams and even a surprise appearance by Tiesto.

It's a pretty surreal experience; you and your friends get to party in style and hang tight with some of the biggest DJ's in EDM culture all in one place, and on one giant cruise ship under a groove. Every one of the performers (with the exception of Pharrell) took time to take photos, sign merchandise and get to know their fans on a personal level, which most music festivals just can't offer. Claude Von Stroke bought rounds of shots for party-goers and even did a few after-hour DJ sets in cabin rooms. Nothing can really beat that.
The three-day floating dance party goes by quickly and sleep is somewhat of an afterthought. So what really happens when you combine three days under the sunny Bahamian skies with non-stop drinking, four sound stages, heavy bass anthems and over 3000 crazed fans? As you can probably guess, it’s a whole bunch of debauchery. Check out our photos of awesome (and amusing) things we saw aboard the Holy Ship!!!
