Top 10 Dubstep Songs Of The Week

Hey everyone! As winter trudges on, it’s important to stay supplied with great tunes… Well, it’s also important to stay warm, too. I’ll leave it up to you to decide which one of these is more important. This week, I have some of the most unique songs I’ve heard all year, so take a run through this list!

1. Ruxell, Rasta Bass
Oh.My.God. The heavy metal intro legit gives me chills every single time I hear this absolutely mental banger. This seriously may end up being one of my favorite dubstep tracks of the year.

2. Rockman feat KIT, You Are Not Alone
“Cinematic” is the term that comes to mind when I hear this song, and the movie is a great one. This a masterfully crafted track.

3. Modestep, Time (Spenca & AFK Remix)
This track is mental! A double build with the original guitar work in the second creates a lot of energy leading into a huge drop. Truly an inspired remix of a classic.

4. Fall Out Boy, Light Em Up (Nick Thayer Remix)
I watch sports, so I’ve heard Light Em Up like ten billion times and I hate it. It’s not a bad track by any means, but there are only so many lame highlight bumps you can endure. Nick Thayer ups the intensity of the song here, giving it a new life. I am anxiously waiting this release.

5. Lana Del Rey, Gods & Monsters (ViLLAGE Remix)
I LOVE this remix. ViLLAGE takes the soul of the original and infuses it with old school, bare beats and dub vibes to create an amazingly beautiful piece.

6. Robert DeLong , Opn Yr I's (Open Your Eyes)
Robert DeLong is just, so, so good. This track is an expertly crafted adventure, and it’s very difficult to start this track and do anything else but vibe out.

7. Muffoxx & Psycho Crooks, Oxygen
There’s barely any downtime in this song, and this ends up working perfectly because there is lots of movement and variation in the heaviness to make sure the song is very engaging. This is a very uplifting, euphoric track.

8. Heartbeat by D.Beam ft. Demmy Sober (The Chaotic Remix)

9. Bear Grillz, Fan Mail
YouTube comments: the scourge of the modern world. Bear Grillz takes it to the lime-green h8erade sippas with this humorous and heavy track.

10. VibeSurreal, Outer Space [vs]
I’m very interested to see this cat progress and evolve his sound based after hearing this song. This track is very unique and entrancing and, personally, I find it gets deeper with every listen.
