Billboard is reporting that BMG is acquiring Benlux music publisher Talpa Music for an undisclosed amount of money.
Talpa Music B.V. has the rights to over 37,000 songs, including tracks by Afrojack, Tiësto, Fedde Le Grand, Giorgio Tuinfort (a.o. co- writer/producer David Guetta), Fabian Lenssen, Laidback Luke, Nicky Romero, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Bakermat, Glowinthedark, Quintino and Brennan Heart.
The company also represents labels such as Protocol Recordings, Mixmash Records, Be Yourself Music, Black Hole Recordings and Hard With Style.

The sale should be finalized by the end of February 2014.
