According to a recent filing with the Security and Exchange Commission, SFX Entertainment has hired former collegehumor CEO Paul Greenberg as President.
SFX Entertaintment is an EDM culture events company, responsible for presenting such festivals as Electric Zoo, Mysteryland and TomorrowWorld. They also own EDM download company Beatport and ticketing company Flavorus.

Before collegehumor, Greenberg worked for Time Magazine, TV Guide, and MTV. He has extensive experience in the digital arena, and was at the helm for collegehumor's shift to more video based content.
The documents, filed on March 21st state Greenberg will be making $300,000 a year, and be eligible for upwards of $150,000 a year in bonuses. The contract goes through February 1, 2019.
SFX is headed by CEO Robert Sillerman.
