Sasha To Bring True Progressive House Music To Avalon This Saturday

Progressive house music veteran Sasha has just shared with us five songs that we might hear in his set at Avalon this Saturday, April 26th in Hollywood. Supporting sets will be Doc Daneeka and local favorites Plastic Love.

Known to break any obstacle in his way, Sasha is known for his taste-making, selective approach to electronic dance music. When Sasha is on the decks, you know you are not going to get the standard Beatport Top 100 set. Just ask anyone who attended his sold out NYE set at London’s 02 Brixton Academy, or has been to his revolting Never Say Never parties in Ibiza. These shows have included performances by Cassy, Guti, and Butch, all who go way back to old school raving time, as well as a true progressive house music sound you don't hear at the mainstream festivals.

When not hitting the decks, this fan favorite runs his own label Last Night On Earth. LNOE serves as home for supporting exciting new electronic music talent, such as My Favorite Robot and Max Cooper, as well as Sasha’s new solo productions.

Supporting Sasha is Doc Daneeka. Releasing on notable labels such as Numbers, 50 Weapons and Rinse Recordings, Daneeka has shown the world that he is a shapeshifter with a fondness for well-rounded sounds, and likes to work dusty samples into a fresh glossy piece of work.

Joining in on the underground fun are local favorites, Plastic Love. PL is a DJ duo featuring resident DJs Bas and Jimmy Mahera, who know how to get the party started playing wide array of sounds including disco, house, techno, acid, and everything in between.

To help get an idea of the sounds that will be in Sasha's set at Avalon this Saturday, he's shared with us five tracks we might hear. If you're interested in attending, you can purchase tickets on Wantickets.
