deadmau5 Calls Out Martin Garrix For Using Pirated Software
deadmau5 took a break from twitter earlier this month, but it seems like he is back, with a vengeance. Last week he called out Redfoo for that "Literally, I Can't" song. Now, in a move that is surely going to ruffle some feathers, deadmau5 pointing the finger at Martin Garrix for using pirated software.
The mau5 took to his usual platform, twitter, and began by tweeting:
We all know by know that when deadmau5 sets up a question like that, the result is not going to be good, especially if you're the one @'d on the tweet.
The video above shows Garrix using pirated software, and aside from that is a pretty darn funny satire of the making of "Animals". "Team Air" is a fairly well known outfit that hacks music production software.
(NOTE: the above video has been edited down and the audio has been altered from the original, so we cannot verify this is indeed Martin Garrix's software, although it looks pretty close to the original)
And if poor little Garrix can't afford the software, it turns out deadmau5 was nice enough to find a deal for him.
And then he even took the time to respond to the unbelievers.
Welcome back, Mr. mau5.
