For those in the world of electronic music, it was hard not too laugh at the trailer for We Are Your Friends with Zac Efron. Some of this was just because it was so accurate it hurt it times, and then who could forget the whole 128 BPM section that has already become an Internet craze.
The trailer or tweets and memes about the upcoming release hadn't slowed at all, but this video parody video just injected the spark it needed to spread like wildfire again. Using the original trailer with new music, voice overs, and added images, we get the real story of what is actually happening in We Are Your Friends. Less focused on big dreams and goals and more on ghost producers, drugs, and partying with girls.
Throughout the original trailer you just wanted to scream about them being rich LA kids with money complaining about their life being so hard, so this trailer picks up your frustration and adds a hilarious twist to that angle. It's comedy gold, and gets better throughout with relentless bashing of the original.
