Top 10 House Tracks Of The Week - 6.10.15 Chart

The sound of House Music as of late has been getting pushed so far forward that it is almost becoming unrecognizable. I gladly embrace all the different and exciting forms that the genre has taken on but thankfully there are still a whole slew of amazing artists still championing the original and organic sound. Some of those artists are featured here in the top ten chart this week such as Waze & Odyssey, Kevin Over, Hector Couto, and of course our number one tune of the week recipients, Disclosure!

1. “Holding On” Disclosure Ft Gregory Porter, Island Records

Usually when anyone in dance music hits a certain level of success, it is commonly known or even understood that the musical quality gets a bit watered down but for Disclosure they only seem to be getting better with age. A few weeks ago they released "Bang That" which is arguably their best dance-floor tune yet and now with "Holding On" featuring Gregory Porter they're proving why they are here to stay in the dance music world.

2. “1994” Rogerio Martins, Piston Recordings

Portugal's Rogerio Martins brilliantly fills your 90's house music nostalgia void with the aptly entitled "1994".

3. “Coming Back” Hector Couto, Defected

Spain's Hector Couto is knocking on house music stardom's door with his latest choon entitled "Coming Back" which is out now on the ever-reliable Defected imprint.

4. “Kumto Getha” Tom Middleton, Anjunadeep

The Anjunadeep camp adds yet another legend to their roster, Tom Middleton!

5. “Pound For Pound” Daniel Dubb, Rejected

Canadian producer Daniel Dubb leans toward a more mature sound with his latest single "Pound For Pound" which is the debut track from his forthcoming album Pieces Of The Past.
