Watch: Major Lazer Played A Free Show At The Most Unexpected Venue

Stream Major Lazer's New Album Now For The First Time

No matter how big artists like Major Lazer get, it's cool to see them give back to their fans. When Diplo and his Skillrex assisted project Jack Ü released their album, they teamed up with a bunch of friends and threw a party for 24 hours straight in LA. Well that was the goal at least, but ended up getting cut short by the cops after around 18 hours.

This time they made sure they had permission from the venue and the surrounding area, as Major Lazer celebrated with a wild show that took place in a roller skating rink. All you had to do was purchase a copy of their new album Peace Is The Mission at Amoeba Music in Hollywood, and you received an invite for what looked like a crazy party from the pictures and videos.

Straight old school if you ask us. Roller skate rinks just aren't that hot anymore, but Diplo and the Major Lazer crew are apparently looking to bring them back. You can get a taste for the event with footage and images from album release party below.
