It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to become a leading figure in dance music. Today, artists come and go faster than ever and in order to build a lasting career, an artist needs to hustle. One day you can create a track that's played by all the top DJs and the next day you're music is left up on Soundcloud, in search of a label to pick it up. Trends come and go, but those who make the right moves can stay on top.

Loco Dice and Black Coffee got together in South Africa with Bridges for Music, a non-profit organization that aims to help disadvantaged communities through the power of music.

Both Loco Dice and Black Coffee discuss their musical careers in order to give valuable insight into what it takes to make it big. Loco Dice says it definitely wasn't easy in the beginning, "I had to start my own clique to be a clique," he says. Both producers also know how important it is to surround yourself with positive people. Those who support you can also push you to reach your potential. It's advice like this that will fuel the next generation.
