When it comes to the DIY party scene, Rinsed are the best in the game. Their events are never without an immersive atmosphere, quality sound and top notch talent behind the decks. Helmed by Dan Wender and Blacky II, the series has grown into something much more than just a dance party, it's a community of like-minded individuals that are all there for one reason, to express themselves on the dancefloor.
Rinsed recently launched their own record label, The Umbrella, but as they are continuously pushing the boundaries of the rave, the crew recently announced a new series of events. 3001: Odyssey is a three week pop-up party series that will take place at an intimate loft location in Brooklyn. Although Rinsed is putting it on, it's not your normal run-of-the-mill event. They have some special guidelines in place, which only adds to the intimacy one looks for when embarking on a night out in the urban jungle.
First off, there are no VIPs, guestlists, green rooms, or over-hyped DJs. This is a party designed to bring forth a community where everyone is equal. They're bringing in the best soundsystem, lighting and aesthetics to ensure we are all taken care of. Three straight weeks to usher in the spring season is just what everyone needs and Rinsed know all to well how to provide.
