Home Office is now investigating Azealia Banks and she could be banned from entering the UK
Azealia Banks

This has been an interesting week for Azealia Banks. After unleashing a hate-filled rant directed at Zayn Malik on Tuesday, where she called him a "curry scented bitch" and "sand nigga" among other things, yesterday she continued to go off on various people. Then she was subsequently dropped from Rinse |Born & Bred Festival. Now Azealia has released a statement where she is defending her actions.

“I said what I said to Zayn because I was angry,” she declared in a bizarre statement delivered via a screenshot of text messages. “I had to remind him that we were both in the same boat in this industry and people of colour.”

She then went on to address why she went after Skai Jackson, a 14 year old Disney star. Azealia said she knew she was only talking to the young girl's mother. "I wanted to tell her mother that she's doing the most to try and force this young girl out into the world by letting her wear weaves and take 'sexy' insta pics and that her daughter was probably going to end up becoming a thot"

Azealia would go on to say, "She’s a little girl. You must teach your kids to stay in childrens’ places because people are crazy.” You can read her full list of comments below.

The situation could also get worse as the Home Office of the UK is investigating Azealia's racist comments. They released a statement to NME, that said: “Coming to the UK is a privilege, and we expect those who come here to respect our shared values. The Home Secretary has the power to exclude an individual if she considers that his or her presence in the UK is not conducive to the public good or if their exclusion is justified on public policy grounds.”
