Are you ready for Spring Awakening? The 3-Day music festival in Chicago is kicking off this weekend and there's plenty to look forward to. While it's only been around for 5 years, the event has grown a massive following of avid dance music fans and the talented roster is always top-notch. Following rumors of cancellations and location changes, Spring Awakening is definitely happening and will be even bigger than ever this year.

Promising nothing but bangers and an amazing party this weekend, we're here to help you get mentally prepared for the madness. Here's a list of tracks from some of our favorite artists you don't want to miss.

Autograf - 'Future Soup (ft. Patrick Baker)'

On Friday you can catch Autograf at 5:45pm at the Body Language Stage. The homegrown Chicago duo provides the scene with distinctly warm house undertones that reveals some of the most fun dance music to witness live. 'Future Soup' was released in March this year and we hope we get to hear it in their set on Friday.

Alison Wonderland - 'I Want U'

Alison Wonderland hails from Australia. She has gained immense popularity in the last two years due to her banging original music and high energy performances. 'I Want U' was released in 2015 and can be heard anywhere from house parties to festivals. See her on Friday at 6:45 at the Bass Kitchen Stage.

The Knocks - 'Classic (Powers) 55.5 VIP Mix'

The Knocks are a duo from New York who have developed their own distinct brand of electronic music. 'Classic' is one of their well-know productions; however, for a little Spring Awakening Twist, the 55.5 VIP Mix really gets us in the mood for the festival with it’s upbeat tone and feature of Powers. You can catch them Friday at 3:20pm at the Electronic Stage.

Claude VonStroke - 'Make A Cake'

Claude VonStroke has his very own stage at Spring Awakening this year, aptly called The Birdhouse. He will of course be joined by some of the best suppliers of Techno and House, making this stage a major highlight. 'Make A Cake' was released earlier this year and has already been on rotation in countless DJ sets around the world. With a unique take on dance music it's only fitting that Claude is here in Chicago for Spring Awakening. Catch his set at 8:45pm on Saturday.

Peter Kontor - 'Domus'

Peter Kontor definitely embodies the Trance motif with his melodic phrases that rise and drop steadily. Although he has yet to gain the popularity he deserves, at Spring Awakening he is sure to catch peoples' attention. 'Domus' is the embodiment of his music. See him at the Trance Arena at 3:45pm on Saturday.

REZZ - 'Delusion'

REZZ has been tearing up the airwaves within the past year thanks to a style all her own. She has been producing since 2013, but is really starting to see more traction lately. REZZ is a standout artist on Deadmau5's mau5trap label and we have come to expect big things form her moving forward. Her musical style can be compared to Gesaffelstein, and when listening to 'Delusion' you can hear the inspiration of sinister techno. Be sure to catch her Sunday at the Electronic Stage at 3:30pm.

 Opia - Falling (Wheathin Redo)

Wheathin is a rising talent from Chicago who is making waves due to his quality futuristic productions.
