Fresh off the heels of launching their new record label, dubbed Deadbeats, Zeds Dead are letting us know that they have big plans for the rest of 2016. The duo recently announced that their next album will be released in September and judging by who's involved, there's plenty to look forward to.

Among the artists enlisted for the new album are Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo, Pusha T, Diplo, Twin Shadow, Elliphant, Jadakiss, Styles P, and more. Seeing that Hip Hop icons are involved is definitely encouraging, especially when considering their previous collaborations with Omar LynX and how groundbreaking that material was. Plus having Twin Shadow in the mix is a huge boost for our anticipation as they previously collaborated with him on 2014's 'Lost You' and we can't wait to hear what else they can cook up.

In a statement, the duo shared the inspiration behind the new music:

"There is something undeniably captivating about the night sky. It's almost like a direct projection of the unknown. The phenomenon of the Northern lights serves as a stark contrast to this --something vibrant and beautiful emerging from this darkness. It's a cross roads where we feel a lot of our music exists and its something that we really wanted to further explore with our debut album and live tour. We can't wait to bring you into this world over the next few months."
