Here in the U.S., we like to think we have a pretty robust festival market - but they've still got us beat across the pond. Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has completed its 2016 festival program, which features over 2,200 electronic music artists.
A post to the ADE website boasts that the talent pool at this year's edition of the festival and conference series is diverse enough to cover "every aspect of electronic music," as it not only includes dance music veterans like Stefano Noferini and Lee Burridge but also such contemporary EDM mainstays as Dash Berlin, Showtek and W&W. The latest additions to the roster include Afrojack, Four Tet, Modeselektor and Martin Solveig.
Of course, it bears mentioning that ADE isn't a festival in the same sense that, say, Ultra Music Festival or Tomorrowland is. It takes place across hundreds of venues across the city of Amsterdam, and spans from October 19th-23rd.
With the better part of a month left until Amsterdam Dance Event kicks off, the festival is likely to make more announcements in the time between. To purchase tickets or find additional information, visit the event website.
