Even though some speculate that trap might be going the way of dubstep in 2016, as long as there are artists like Pusher in the game the genre just might have some longevity. The Toronto, Ontario DJ/producer puts out a unique iteration on the festival-friendly genre that has garnered him a growing reputation as one of its tastemakers.
Magnetic Magazine's friends over at FUXWITHIT were afforded the opportunity to talk with Pusher at this year's edition of Bestival Toronto. In between anecdotes about his EP and signature sound, we're pretty sure he drew some sort of comparison between featured vocalists and "trap lords."
