Considering that so many career entertainers appear determined to foster the perception that they're out of reach from their fans, it's refreshing to see somebody like Lido hold such an intimate gathering. The Norwegian DJ/producer's album, EVERYTHING, comes out tomorrow, and he's rented out a small gallery for a listening party that's open to the public tonight, October 6th, at 7:00 PM PST.
"We don't got a ton of space; I think we can fit about 100 people so if you wanna make sure you get to hear the album and hang out then come through a little bit early," Lido said in a Facebook live stream yesterday. "There's gonna be free champagne and red wine because I love those two things."
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), that also means that the listening party will only be open to those of drinking age - everyone else will have to wait until the album comes out tomorrow. If you're over 21 and in the L.A. area, though, make your way over to 5239 Melrose Ave in Los Angeles bit before 7:00 PM.
