Thievery Corporation's 'The Temple of I & I' Have Us Looking Forward to 2017

Thievery Corporation have announced that they will release their album on February 10th. The record is largely influenced from Jamaica, settling in Port Antonio and recording in Geejam Studios for this project.

Eric Hilton, one half of the duo-group, comments about the record- 

"People couldn't believe Robbie Myers, our guitarist, wasn't Jamaican. I think they're used to people coming down from London or LA to record rock and pop records, and they were thrilled that we had such a handle on their sound. It felt like the respect was mutual. It was beyond gratifying. High Grade ganja and bottles of Appleton rum started to show up on the reg.”

Two singles off the record have already been released. Listen to "Let the Chalice Blaze" and "Letter to the Editor," as well as tour dates for their European shows below.
