Hip Hop music writer Jeff "Chairman" Mao will be talking to prolific underground writer Hua Hsu, who gained notoriety in self-published zines before becoming an associate professor in English at Vassar College. He's also an accomplished author, who's work - A Floating Chinaman: Fantasy & Failure Across the Pacific, has made him one of our mpost esteemed critical voices of our present day. With work released through The Fader, Slate, The Paris Review and The New Yorker, his 2016 piece "What Normalization Means," brought to home the changing political tides of the new presidency.
