In celebration of Gloria Gaynor’s song ‘I Will Survive’ making it into the National Recording Registry last year, the Library of Congress has launched a series of events called the Bibliodiscotheque.

On May 6, they will host Gaynor at the historic Jefferson Building for a massive party. The event will also host a presentation on making disco balls. Other events include film screenings, lectures, and other events that focus on disco culture.

The events will begin on April 12. The full schedule can be found here
