Moscow Noir has unleashed an absolutely stunning video today for their track "Odisea" off their 2016 self-titled record. Both the video and the track itself craft an ethereal aura, bringing ambient elements into dynamic synths. The end result is truly something remarkable.
Directed and animated by Moscow Noir's frontman and producer, Lesther Gutierrez and with the help of an ex-colleague, the music video has been a passion project for the past 6 months.
On the track and video, he notes-
"Odisea meaning 'The Odyssey' in Spanish, is the exploration of the inner-self and its relationship with the physical and non-physical universe. Being the first track on the EP, I wanted the viewer to embark on a surreal, almost dreamlike visual journey, that mirrored the composition and sounds of the track itself. As an instrumental track, I had the freedom to be creative with the abstract representations of the philosophy behind it, and drive home the experimental side of Moscow Noir."
